Very satisfying. I did order the one without cellular and wifi but, but this one is cellular + wifi I’m not complaining at allllll thank you Amazon lol.

- Marley CroninGreat quality for a used IPadIt came really fast and that was nice. It works great and was very easy to set up. I have an iPhone so I was able to just log in and transfer all my information and data from my iPhone 16 pro max with ease.
I have it four stars because there is wear and tear. But it’s normal for a used product.
Recommend for a cheap option with great quality. - Caitlin DialGreat, and I do recommend, but..Giving five stars, despite a couple cons. Here’s my opinion on this purchase:
1.) Price: I purchased the 2020 iPad Air 10.9” on a sale price of $239 which is great for a fairly new Apple product so no complaints there!
2.) Quality: The condition was listed as Refurbished - Excellent… and it is! No scratches, no cracks, no dings or dents, looks BRAND NEW and is true to size 10.9”!
3.) Super lightweight making it comfortable to hold and use for extended periods of time.
4.) Just like any Apple product, set up is always a breeze. If you have other Apple products then you already understand.
Here’s my complaint:
Shipping was not so good. I have previously worked for FedEx so when I saw my iPad was shipping through them I thought “I’ll be lucky if it isn’t broken or lost”. With that being said, it was delivered 2 days late but arrived undamaged and in one piece so I’ll let that be.
The packaging, however, was hugely disappointing. (Pics for reference) The iPad was not shipped in an original Apple box. It was shipped in a thin brown box, wrapped in a single bubble mailer with a single sheet of brown packaging paper in the box. There was too much space in the box for my liking and could definitely use improvement. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else orders from this company and receives an excellent condition iPad in damaged condition due to shipping. These products are cheaper than typical retail price BUT $200+ is still a lot of money in this economy. Overall great experience, iPad is perfect and in perfect condition, just hate that the packaging was so insufficient. - Sheena ChanelA great purchaseI purchased this ipad this item as a gift for my neice,she absolutely lovesthe product.I checked in with her last week and she still stated it was in great working condition. - janiyah jonesit’s amazingit came in perfect condition no scratches no cracks noting (though i did drop it and dent the side i promise that wasn’t there until about a day ago) size is absolutely perfect, not super big but not extremely small. it’s really loud but not too loud. setup was a bit hard but i managed. it’s really durable and screen and camera quality is great
- Devon KellyGood iPad but last owner problemsPerfect condition and very nice, but when I started setting it up I got a notification that the previous owner still had that iPad on their account and could currently track it and see where it was located, with it still being on their account I couldn’t set it up much more and couldn’t get it off their account without contacting them and they would remove it and say it was no longer theirs. Other than that good size worked perfect didn’t have any scratches and just a good quality iPad.
