- PlaceholderPre-Installation ReviewI just received the gas stove and it arrived well packaged and it has a nice appearance, but they do not provide a pressure (gas) regulator nor a gas hose with the cooktop, so you’ll need to buy those at Home Depot, etc. After I have installed the cooktop, I’ll update this review. This cooktop is replacing an Empava gas cooktop that was purchased in February 2018 whose electronic ignition stopped working and the company has no spare parts for it to be repaired. I have cars older than that where I can obtain spare parts easily, so I’d recommend staying away from Empava. (It still works but you have to use a match to light the burners.
- DamonDefective item cannot returnBeware to all who purchased this product that even if the item is damaged or defective, there are no returns. Period. The big burner on this does not light and when I attempted to try to make the return, I was not allowed so now I am stuck with a defective item that doesn’t work. It’s unbelievable that Amazon allows sellers to not offer refunds for defective items that are sold.
- HaroldBuy something elseI don't recommend buying this. Converted over as described to propane and burners do not adjust as they should. You get either high flame or medium high flame when you turn the knobs. The large burner doesn't work and when it does its a very low blue flame also with no adjustment. Looks like a return is in order

Burners probably not made in Italy, as what arrived doesn't match the pics in the listing. Advertised BTUs completely false. The sticker on the unit only shows 37k. The item listing shows over 40k. Poor product support: emailed company customer service a week ago wondering if perhaps I got the wrong item. Also messaged on Amazon. Zero response. BUYER BEWARE....you're not getting what's advertised. Knobs on the unit are plastic and feel cheap. Obviously the unit is cheap, so you get what you pay for, but at least advertise honestly. False advertising is no way to do business.
See attached pics of my burners and the ID sticker on the unit. Look elsewhere for a better product. - Travis MayCounter top size requirement different than indicated in images! It requiresNot the correct size as indicated in the images. The images say 19.1 inches and in the box there was a letter specifying 19.39 inches. I was replacing a bad gas stovetop and it was already precut into the granite. Because of the size difference I was not able to physically install the tabletop in the provided space.
