- Ammanie A.Great little beverage fridgeSo it came in dented but Amazon was extremely helpful in offering a refund and someone to come package it up. They also offered me a very small credit if I chose to keep it instead. I opted to keep it because I really liked it. So far so good! It fits in my under the counter space, takes ALOT of drinks and the shelves are adjustable so I’m able to put longer drinks standing in there! I love it! It also vents well in the front so I’m not constantly worried about overheating in the back which is the issue I had with my last fridge! It’s very quiet and aesthetically pleasing! It is heavy though so make sure you have two people to carry it with you. Overall it’s great value for money!

- LarryDoes not cool well.Not cooling very well on screened in patio. Customer service is very slow. They only respond with one email a day. I have sent videos numerous times. Still have not gotten a solution after 3 weeks of emailing. I would look elsewhere. If they make this right I will update.

After a lot of emails euhomy made it right and sent me a new refrigerator. Hopefully we have better luck with one. I made sure to leave the fridge empty and upright with the doors open for 24 hours. Then I left it plugged in and chilling for 24 hours. The wine side got to the proper temperature, but the beverage side would not cool below 47. Also, after being plugged in a few hours, the compressor would not shut off.
I reached out to support - on a Saturday - and they responded on Saturday. Initially, I used the "temperature down" arrow to input the correct temperature but it would not cool below 47 on the beverage side.
When I tapped the "temperature up" arrow one time, the beverage side finally then cooled to 35. I have no idea why this fixed the problem, but it did.
I made sure to put in chilled drinks the first time. The beverage temp will sometimes go up one or two degrees when the compressor/fan go off, but it immediately gets back to the right temperature. This has been working now for a few days and I haven't had a problem since th initial setup.
This is beautiful. It holds a lot of bottles and cans. I did not see any reviews for people who had this for more than a year, so I will come back in 6 months and at 1 year to update my review. I was looking for months for a beverage fridge and every fridge had reviews that ran the gamut, so it was tough to finally decide on one. The customer service is fabulous.
