At first, I wasn’t sure how powerful such a small unit would be—but it’s been a total hit.
It's compact and easy to set up on his patio table or outdoor counter. The two burners work independently, so he can simmer sauces on one and crank up the other for grilling or stir-frying. The ceramic surface heats up fast and feels smooth to clean after use—no stuck-on messes like with old coil burners. He especially loves that he can bring it inside and use it as extra cooking space during holidays too—it’s not just a summer thing.
What really stands out is how evenly the heat distributes. He’s used it for everything from boiling pasta water to searing burgers, and it keeps up surprisingly well. It doesn’t have the insane power of a gas stove, but for electric, it gets hot enough without any issues.
