- John MadejaGreat Customer Service!I bought the 154 dual climate fridge.
So first off let me say that the customer service is great! My fridge had an issue with one of its fans making a clicking noise and Lisa from customer service helped me through everything. She got a new fan shipped to me very quick, and had a video link of how to replace the fan. Very professional and what you would expect!
The fridge itself is great, holds a ton of regular style bottles. If you have lots of champagne style bottles it'll be harder to fit the max amount in the fridge but you could still easily put a ton on each shelf. The wood shelves slide in and out easily, the fridge seems to be operating nice and quiet. The glass door and suction are air tight.
All in all its a great fridge. - JeffVery nice cooler...but upper zone must be set colder than lower zone for proper operationOverall, this is a very nice cooler. When I set both zones at 55F, the lower zone did not go below 62F. Contacted the manufacturer who instructed me to set the upper zone colder than the lower zone as the lower zone pulls cold air from the upper zone to cool. Once I set upper at 45F and lower at 55F, works fine and cools very well. Manufacturer said that this is normal for the type of low power design it is, and extended my warranty for another year...very responsive to emails!!

In addition to the customer support , what I like about this cooler is that it is very quiet while running, and a great looking wine cooler!
The 154-bottle storage is correct in the listing. You must use standard size Bordeaux bottles. If you want to store other bottle shapes plan on loosing some storage space.

Customer service is responsive and excellent. - D.Shelves are not consistently spaced apart.Absolutely would not buy again.
The shelves are inconsistently spaced vertically - using the same wine bottle it may or may not fit from one shelf to another - typical bottle size for Cabernet Sauvignon (not a Pinot Noir or champagne).
Also, which makes no sense to me, is that they have the Cold section on the top and the bottom is the warmer of the two; you can not program the bottom equal to or colder than the top.
I don’t want to deal with shipping back and forth for poor quality control issues that I’m sure won’t be resolved.
I’ve removed the shelves and pulled the drawer slides and have increased the slide spacing by an inch (involved drilling and remounting the slides with new self tapping screws)
It will work, but what a waste of my time and money… - gary rDoesn't work well with pinot or zin bottle shapesThe wine fridge itself is fine but it works best with cab bottle shapes. Unfortunately, it is very limiting with other bottle shapes. My collection is very heavy zin focused and if you're pulling a zin shelf out, the shelf on top of it comes out as well. You can't put more than 5 bottles on a rack because of the same issue.

Pros- This was packed extremely well. I am in the furniture industry so I appreciate this and can vouch. Delivery team was exceptional as well. I expected this to be left at receiving room, but they brought it all the way up to my unit. It is SUPER quiet so far, which I love and had some concern from some of the other reviews. I can't even hear mine. And it's PRETTY!
Note that the shelves are NOT wood as described. Only the facings are wood. The racks themselves are metal. Having said that, the metal racks are less distracting visually and allow the bottles to be much larger. This holds larger bottles than my old fridge did. It worked out better for me.
Con- it doesn't hold a static temp and seems to fluctuate a couple degrees either way ongoing throughout the day. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying.
Overall, I am really happy with this unit so far.
