- Jenny L.Love this thread for my cotton-only projectsThis has been the best cotton thread I've found so far, and the color variety is miles beyond the rest while still being consistent. I've ordered almost the entire collection of colors at this point for my cotton sewing and embroidery projects. The colors are vibrant, the thread is sturdy (haven't had any breakages in almost a year of working with it), and I can color match almost any fabric I have, or at least get close. I could definitely use a few more reds and blues, but the end result is still great. The prices are very reasonable, especially when bundling an 8 pack with one of the larger sets.

- KPK.Locking Mechanism on Spool is Brilliant!This is the 4th color set I have ordered from Brothread. Nice thread. No lint. No breakage in my Singer Heavy Duty 4452 machine. I do quite a bit of hand stitching also and this thread has a nice weight/stiffness for threading needles with smallish "eyes".
What I just discovered is the locking mechanism on the spools. Take a look at the photos provided by the seller regarding the "lock". Just pull down on the widest part of the spool (bottom rim), wrap some thread in there and snap the "rim" back into place. I use it in my serger and it slides very easily through all tension discs. Will definitely purchase it again! The colors are amazing also!

- C MilesSo colorful and works great in my machine!I sew all the time and also quilt. I love, love, love a set of colorful threads! I had never tried this brand before and was a little skeptical. However, my machine does great with it and I have not experienced breakage at all. I will definitely order again. For reference, my machine is a Babylock.
