The assortment of colors will work well for a variety of sewing projects without the need to constantly be running out to buy a spool for a quick project. I love the fact that the pre-wound bobbins in a handy case were included. Unfortunately for me, the bobbin size does not fit my brother machine, but are the perfect size for hand sewing or embroidery work! Very convenient. Good value for the price.
