Once I picked this up there was no putting it down at all I read all 500 pages in one day and I was still not ready for this to end. Before getting to Blake and Wyatt I just have to say I think the women of the off-campus series must have healed the men of that series inner children because they are so funny and more childish than in their books and I LIVED for their chats and bickering. Blake is the daughter of Logan and Grace (The Mistake) and Wyatt is the son of Garrett and Hannah (The Deal). There is so much push and pull between these two, they are really fighting the attraction to each other. When they can’t fight it anymore they decide to become friends with benefits just for the summer and when the summer ends they will go their separate ways. Add in some ghost hunting and late night talks getting to know each other on a deeper level that friends with benefits label is a lot deeper than they think. I do recommend checking CWs they go through many challenges and as much as I laughed till my side hurt I also balled my eyes out for these two. This is definitely going to be a top read of the year for me I cannot wait for more so much happened on this summer trip and I am ready for more. This also has me wanting to go back to the off campus series due to the nostalgia of it all. Infintity stars for Blake and Wyatt.

I loved this book! Wyatt and Blake were amazing! I loved how growly and overprotective Wyatt was with Blake. And she was constantly trying his patience on purpose. We can't forget the Dad Chats. They were epic! The guys had me laughing so much. There is a serious subject in this book so please check triggers if you have any. I cannot wait to see which couple the author writes about next! - TiffanyBaby Graham and Baby Logan are perfect ????Blake: “So... grovel.”

This interaction, and so many others between the Off Campus boys had me rolling!
If you thought Garrett Graham was amazing… wait until you meet his broody son Wyatt ????
Blake and Wyatt had me wanting to giggle with each interaction, starting at page one! Their crushes on each other created a tension that was so palpable. I loved the combination of forced proximity, Blake’s need for a new adventure, and Wyatt’s desire to be on his own and ignore the world. Wyatt was a goner from the moment he saw Blake again and I loved every second of his overprotective and jealous behavior.
I didn’t expect their story to be so emotional (please read the trigger warnings) and I really enjoyed seeing them go through a hardship and come out stronger and more supported than ever.

I still can’t believe we’re back in the Off Campus / Briar U universe ???? I love this world so much and would literally read 500 more books from Elle centered around these characters if she decided to write them. Love Song follows Wyatt (Garrett and Hannah’s son) and Blake (Logan and Grace’s daughter) and if you remember the relationship between Logan and Garrett in the OC books, you can just imagine how hilarious this pairing is. Wyatt is a struggling musician trying to distance his career from his mother’s legendary one and Blake is coming right out of a break up and trying to figure out what she wants to do post-graduation. And they both decide to regroup at their parent’s vacation house in Lake Tahoe for the summer while trying (and failing) to stay out of the other’s way.
Like Elle’s other books, we get all the amazing cameos- from the OG couples to Gigi and Ryder and the rest of the second gen kids, we were absolutely fed in that department. And since they were all on vacationing together in the same house, we got so many scenes of the whole crew together ???? I won’t lie, Wyatt wasn’t my favorite MMC of Elle’s that I’ve read, but between the ghost stories, family group chats, and the abundance of drama, this story kept me entertained, that’s for sure.
If you’re an Off Campus fan, Love Song will fill your cup and hold you over just a little bit until we get the show!

I loved the group chats. I loved seeing the OG characters as parents. Garrett and Logan did not disappoint. I was cackling! It was sometimes hard to keep track off all the offspring but once everyone got to Tahoe it was easier. There were multiple Easter eggs dropped for future books and I hope they all happen. I loved how Wyatt is like mom but Blake was like her Dad at the end.
