It’s decently easy to release and using them is so much easier than traditional straps. Not to mention there’s no tail to worry about blowing around. 100% worth the cost. Only thing is it doesn’t ratchet as tight as other heavy duty straps but will easily hold your cargo and such in place. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

I love the auto retract feature and how the strap is always neatly wrap up, you never have to deal with excess strap hang out everywhere and flopping around in the wind looking like a mess. They’ve got some really nice, heavy stitching as well. They maybe e a little pricey but they’re solid, and have a lifetime warranty so to me it’s worth the cost.

These things retract smoother than my husband backing out of plans, and the locking mechanism actually works (unlike half the tools he swears he “just put somewhere”).
