- JCHGreat Locking Hitch PinVery pleased with this locking hitch pin. The slide to cover the keyhole works easily and doesn't hang in the way like most of the full rubber covers do. Easy to install, lock and unlock, and great fit. I did put some 5/8 rubber O-rings on each side which snugs it up and eliminates any rattle. (Garden hose washers would work as well). Very solid quality and looks sharp in all black.

AllisonNice product, but Connor hitch pins are MUCH easier to lockI have a Connor locking hitch pin that I really liked, BUT the cover for the lock had a skinny piece of rubber holding the cap for the keyhole cover - and it broke. Bye bye, cover. The nicest thing about the Connor was that it was push-to-lock, i.e. - all you needed to do to lock everything was to push the pin into the lock.
The Rhino locking hitch pin has a MUCH better premanently-attached slide to protect the keyhole from water and grit, but you have to have the key inserted in the lock and turn it to lock everything together. On the receiver for my winch, it is a real pain to have to reach around and under the winch to hold the pin while trying to hold the lock mechanism AND turn the key on the opposite side of the receiver/winch at the same time.
Rhino makes a good product, but it would be even better if they manufactured it so you didn't have to turn the key to lock it - push-to-lock is WAY more convenient! - RPSecure your hitch!If you have an expensive hitch on your car or truck, this is a strong inexpensive device helps to keep it secure. It is easy to install and fits perfectly. I like the lock cover that will keep the road and weather out of the lock.
