I have some in my purse and a few extras in the diaper bag and some in the glovebox just in case!
I sleep with them, and when I wake up they're super heavy from how absorbent they are. If I didn't wear them I'd be washing bedsheets daily.
There's been a few times (and I don't blame the product I sleep wild) that I've woken up and it's been twisted and the sticky part is on my skin. The sticky part works VERY well also. So once it's placed it shouldn't be traveling around your clothing

They do not feel thick when wearing them, but they are extremely absorbent (I use one pad all night and one pad all day). No weird smells to these, and since they are individually wrapped, they are easy to take along in a diaper bag or purse (just in case). Overall, highly recommend these.
