- GrantProblem solvedThe product is great! I have recommended it to many friends. However, the first one that I purchased was in March 2025. It stopped working in October 2025. It would not hold a charge, and turned on randomly, the red light would not go off, until it just stopped working. I reached out to the Amazon and the company via a negative review. The company promptly refunded my second purchase. I was concerned that using this product would give me bumps. Negative!!! I will continue to tell my friends about it.
- Charles AExcellent scalp shaving productPROS: Provides a very close shave, much better and quieter than the Chinese knockoff shaver I was previously using. Cleaning the shave head is much easier as well since it is a fully self contained part that can be removed from the main device for easy cleaning.
CONS: I do wish the USB charging cable was a standard USB-C style charger instead of the proprietary style that comes with it. That would make it much easier for me to travel with it since I have plenty of spare USB-C cables when I travel.
Also the device is a little boxy, not as contoured as my previous shaver so it's not as comfortable to hold as I would like.
While it comes with attachments for nose trimming and beard/mustache trimming (with various sized guards), using the trimmer to shape edges of my beard or mustache is a little clunky dye to the position where the attachments are placed. Makes it hard to see where you are trimming.
OVERALL: though I listed more CONS than PROS, I'm VERY happy with the product so far due to the quality and close shave I'm achieving on my scalp with the device. It performs the primary function very well and that's what matters most to me. Improvements to the accessories and contour would take it over the top. - Michael NGood shave, difficult to cleanThis shaver worked well on my head, face and neck, and did a slightly better job adhering to the contours than my triple-header. The small size made it more difficult to transfer between hands. Also, the blade covers were difficult to pry open for cleaning, and they kept flipping closed. There did not seem to be any detente to hold the covers open while cleaning. After being held open, the center cover was easy to remove and clean.
- awesomeThis product is outstandingThis shaver is great. Ordered it and it came the same day by 5pm. I used both the trimmer and shaver. The trimmer works better then I expected. It gave me a close cut and did not irritate at all. Then I tried the shaver and it was very smooth, very quiet, and cut very well. I have no irritations what so ever. I have tried other electric razors for my face and they would cause irritations, so I never use them. I used it dry and it works great. I will try it the next time with shaving cream and see how it performs. But after my first shave I am well pleased with this shaver. I would recommend it to anyone.
- CaneGreat shave, greater value, take in shower!This razor is the best! Have owned many electric razors like this. And this is the best . Great value for how sharp this thing is. Super safe never cuts you and the power is unreal. Have owned the super expensive store bought ones ... Don't waste your money this cuts super close just like a regular razor. I use this for my head and it cuts it no problem! And I have thick hair. The battery life last along time and the shave is quick with no irritation. I will buy this again it broke and I purchased a 70$ one like this and paid the price for it . It's horrible.has no power and barely goes fast.cut ok but this razor is by far the best !
- whyTwice as goodI've had pitbull shavers for a few years now and when my most recent one would no longer hold a charge I decided to try a less expensive one and I'm glad I did. The Freebird is better by every metric. Lighter, holds a charge longer, shaves closer, easier to clean about half the price etc. I can't speak to longevity yet but even if it lasts half as long I will consider it to have been been twice as good. I'm just a bald guy. I'm not affiliated with anyone or anything.
- RiverFreebird Flex electric shaverThis shaver worked well initially. But I am seeing now ineffective clean shaving of his head . Shaver not giving a clean shave look. Didn’t know that I could return this item . We have had it since Dec.of 2024. It stopped woywell after about 5 mos.
- MikeMGood but not greatI see all of the advertising saying how great this is and it's less expensive than other brands lead me to buy this over others. Wasn't impressed from the get go. Very weak and wouldn't last long enough to shave my head without charging in the middle of shaving my head. Finally quit working all together. Notified seller as it was still in warranty. After a few back and forth emails, they sent me a new unit. Huge difference! The first one must have been a dud because the second one is much more powerful. My only complaint is the hair storage built into the blades is not enough. I still have quite a bit of hair on the back and sides of my head so if I don't shave at least every two days, I have to stop and empty the blades while shaving.
