- Haley watsonMeat eater cook book full of many delicious recipesMy husband loves the meateater show! He is always wanting to try new things and he loves to hunt. So why not buy him the meat eater cook book! I love the different recipes and it goes into detail how to prepare your meal and what all goes into it! I love how it shows the picture and just an altogether great cookbook for a man who likes to hunt or a woman ! We have already picked out some good recipes to try!

I purchased this as a gift for my husband and dad after they found some of Rinella’s recipes online. I don’t eat wild game but my husband makes these recipes every hunting season and swears they are delicious

- Abigail LarssonMy thoughtsI think this is very informative, but I was expecting more focus on the recipes and more pictures for them. There was a lot on the animals prep, but only a handful of recipes per game. I had got this intended for my bf who hunts whitetail deer and fishes, but interested in small game as well, but it just didn’t have as much as I was hoping. And no pictures with some of the recipes makes it hard to really imagine what you’re making. Otherwise. Well written and probably a better book for some else!
- Charles BurgessTHE missing element in men's cookingThe content of this book is the missing element in cooking for men (I'm a guy - speaking from my own experience and taste buds). The section on sauces alone are worth the purchase of this book. Even though it focuses on wild game, the recipies and info in this book are easily adapted to work with any meat: Beef; Chicken/Turkey; Fish. While some of the ingredients - spices - may be difficult to find in stores, such as Juniper Berries, you can find them on Amazon.
