    Week one consists 7 days of 1 exercise a day. Not one Tai Chi progression, but one "Tai Chi" stance, like breathing. You're supposed to stay in one stance for 10 minutes. LOL

    Only 136 pages with large font it appears like a middle schooler made it the day before the project was do.
