  • Use it; don’t just look at illustrations /pictures!
    I purchased two Tai Chi books for both standing and sitting. They both have b&w illustrations . Both have 28 day plan with each week and day instructions! The sitting book is for those who do not have good balance standing on their feet, but keeps you at your best health!!
  • Make sure that you keep you balance.
    At my age very useful in keeping myself moving. Not tiresome at all.

    With out seeing all of the positions it was hard to follow ( about 1/4 was blacked out) . maybe 2 illistrations per move would be better/clearer to follow

    I was VERY disappointed the video course that was supposed to be included with the book was NOT there!!! I am over 70 & I feel that the video would help me understand how to do the tai chi moves better than just reading about it!!! The company should make this right!!!
