I really appreciate this vendor for their superior quality.

- HermioneOneafter three days still not activatedcustomer service ist non existant. have been trying to activate this SIM for the past three days. the instructions were very simple, we just had to send in a picture with the SIM cards. received an email after two days that the card has been activated and a phone number but it is not active. the seller will not send any contanct information just directs you to t-mobile. customer service won't pick up. will be returning these.
Update: finally managed to activate the two Sim with T-Mobile customer service after 5 days! I recommend purchasing a SIM directly from T-Mobile as the connection is very unreliable. There was no connection in Seattle downtown! When there is no connection you can't navigate or make phone calls. There were several instances when no calls could be made from both sims, it was unclear what caused the lack of signal since it did not work in city areas, so these were not calls placed in rural areas. The internet connection was also extremely unreliable during the entire month. We were within the metro areas of Portland and Seattle, so the is no excuse for not having a reliable internet connection.
