- Dormouse59I received great customer service to solve SIM issues.I purchased two of these for use during a trip to Italy. I followed the instructions and it did not work. I e-mailed their support team from the QR code on the package and got a prompt reply. I tried the APN name they supplied and it still didn't connect. I e-mailed again and they gave me the options of trying for a refund or having them fix it. I opted for the fix, they activated the SIMs from their end, and it all worked after that. I had to supply them with the Amazon Order number and SIM serial numbers. After activation, it all worked very well. We had 5G coverage for the majority of our trip, and the cost was reasonable with 10GB for $10.
- LSSOnly SIM Card, No eSIM, Data OnlyMy current iPhone only uses eSIM so I am not able to use this SIM card unless I use another phone with a SIM card holder. This is used for data only, no phone calls although it might work if you have an internet based phone.
I like the way it is packaged with a holder for the included SIM tool and the card you are replacing or holding this one.
For travel to the 5 countries it covers, this will be good since it lasts 30 days from activation and has substantial data for the cost. - G. Inserted the SIM card, phone registered it but would not connect to data or allow calls. I went through all the trouble-shooting provided with product, nothing worked. Sent an email to the support address, no response. I suspect the problem is in the APN settings but they do not provide the APN settings to use in the documentation and could not find anything on the web. Don't waste your money on this product.
- SExcellent option for travel!Used this in London for a week. 0 issues. I will absolutely purchase again when I go Europe. Best way to go if you can't use an eSim. Only drawback are the directions aren't very clear.

I was surprised how easy it was to use; just turned on data roaming and I was good to go. The speeds I got were solid enough for google maps, even in rural areas. The amount of data provided was also pretty good for the price. My only gripe is that there’s no way to top up once you run out, so choose your plan carefully. Still, for a prepaid SIM with zero stress, this did exactly what I needed!
- NagromWorked painlessly in Valencia region and BarcelonaNo fiddly activation required - I just loaded this SIM when I got to Spain and rebooted my phone and it just worked. (It may be that I'd done the hard part with previous disposable SIMs - I don't have a new phone to test on a clean install.)
Reception was good enough for my limited needs in Valencia province and Barcelona outskirts. I got less bars in the heart of Barcelona, which could have been due to low priority in a busy cell zone, or may just have been the architecture of the old apartment block in a narrow street where I was staying.
My ads switched to Polish which may be a clue to the origin of the SIM.
