Right out of the box, it looks sleek and elegant—her phone’s colour and design shine through the transparent finish, exactly as we hoped. The fit is spot on and makes the iPhone feel premium without adding bulk.
What we love:
• It supports MagSafe and the built-in magnets hold the charger and accessories firmly—no slipping or misalignment.
• The protective features are impressive: it’s been tested to 3 × the military standard for drops (MIL-STD-810G 516.7) so we feel confident it will survive everyday knocks and tumbles.
• The raised edges around the screen and camera give added reassurance that her important lens and display are shielded when she places the phone on a surface.
• The design is ultra-slim and comfortable in the hand—she likes how it retains the phone’s original aesthetic rather than hiding it behind something bulky.
If there’s any constructive point it’s that the clear plastic material will require a little extra care to prevent yellowing or fine scratches (as with most clear cases). But so far, after several weeks of use, it still looks fresh and new.
All in all, this case gives us the perfect combination of style + protection, especially for someone who loves how their phone looks and wants peace of mind. You can keep the cover on while charging your iPhone wirelessly. It provides great protection and was easy to install. Have had it for a couple days and it appears to be scratch resistant. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the value. It's pretty expensive for a case that I can get something very similar for only $10.

I've dropped my phone several times on concrete floors in Walmart and gravel lots! My phone has remained unharmed and so has the case!!
It fits the iPhone 17 perfect! The only issue I have is the case doesn't cover the entire back near the camera like other iPhone 17 cases do so there is a chance the revealed phone could become scratched or damaged, but I'm a fan of Otter-box since the iPhone 6 came out so I refuse to switch phone case brands!!
This case is super light weight and easy to install! It's a pain to take off though! It looks and feels smooth, sparkly and clean! The functionality is good too!

- JesSymmetry Clear/17 Pro MaxThis is always my go-to case! I have used Otterbox Symmetry Clear cases for as long as I can remember. The same case was a little bulky on my previous phones, such as my 15PM. They have learned to make the same case with a much thinner profile, without sacrificing protection, material or grip. It fits my 17 Pro Max securely. All buttons are easy to press and it’s a perfect fit. I’ve tried many others, but none feel as grippy & nice in the hand.
I took a star off though because there is a sharp edge along the seam on the sides, felt when you hold it. I might have to find one without this because it is noticeable and can be uncomfortable. My other complaint is that I can’t believe I paid $60 for this case. Grab one during Black Friday while they are on sale
