Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special “Amazon Renewed” box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot.
I understand that Amazon defines “excellent condition” as a battery life of over 80%, but I believe that standard is too low.
