- Amazon CustomerGreat insole and improved comfort in my shoes!I was starting to have leg fatigue and foot pain at the gym - then realized my shoes original insoles had really worn down. I use these in other shoes, so time to order. These are the best insoles for any foot pain, arch issues and comfort. Just remove the insole in your shoe, slide this in its place and off you go - so easy! I didn't have to cut mine - it was the exact size. Fits in my shoe perfectly and doesn't slip or slide around. Highly recommend!

I bought these the first time to wear in a pair of combat boots to a concert. They completely exceeded my expectations. Usually after a day full of standing and moving around, my feet are killing me and it hurts so much to walk, however, I woke up the day after the concert ready to take on the world with very, very minimal foot pain. I decided to order another pair to be able to put in different shoes that I wear to work as I am also a teacher that is constantly moving and on my feet.

The arch support is very good. I have walked several miles with these as inner sole replacements in my running shoes, and my feet feel fine after the walks - supported and no pain. I purchased a men's 10-10.5 and I use them in men's 10.5 shoe. The insoles are a very snug fit. The heel, while it is a deep cup, is also a bit wide and took a bit of effort to force it into the heel of the shoes. The insole is firm, but the forefoot area is cushioned, not soft, but comfortable.

I do daily stretching exercises but I was still having plantar pain. These inserts worked wonders. I no longer have any pain. They are firm and may feel a little odd when you first use them, but give them time. You will get used to have a fully supported arch. This takes the stress off your plantar. The inserts are easy to pull out and place in a different shoe.
- Amazon CustomerGreat for arch support!I purchased these today as I have osteoarthritis with neuropathy from a crush ankle injury. They fit comfortably in my Skechers Crocs and also with my women's slip on Skechers.
This is just a temporary fix until I get to my appointment for a custom fit with a Podiatrist. But I can immediately feel the arch support on the damaged ankle. Unsure about the pain level as I take NSAIDs for the pain.
The material feels light and support might not handle heavy use if you are an active jogger, walker or need them all day with shoes. All in all, 5 stars for the arch support, ease of fit and comfort at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the purchase.

I am picky bc I have neuropathy and walking hurts. I would give 5 stars except after only using a handful of times, the front part is starting to curl and overall, they look waaaaaay more used than they are.

I've tried the off-the-shelf inserts with little success, but these really do what they say. First off, they are not comfortable. They are rigid, not very spongy, and at first glance seem like nothing special, but despite feeling like my arches are being pushed through my head, for the first time in months I was able to stand out of bed without searing pain. It only took two days of wearing these to reduce my pain by 80%, and I look forward to a full recovery. The best part about these inserts is that you can make your favorite style shoe turn into an ortho shoe. Have you seen ortho shoes?
