- ErlindaTake care of your expensive Ugg bootsBought my first Ugg boot. Went to my granddaughter’s soccer game in the morning and didn’t realize the grass would be wet. The whole front of the boot got wet and once it dried, there was a discoloration. Followed the instructions on the kit and the boot looks brand new. These boots aren’t cheap so you have to protect it from getting wet. Must buy the kit because it cleans, protects from getting wet and discolored, and it keep the inside smelling fresh. The brushes are also a much needed tool
- Mel CWorks if you follow directionsWorks perfectly. I had gotten two dark stains and some water stains on my boots. This cleaned them up wonderfully and now they look mint condition. You must follow the directions and it does not take a lot of product to get the job done. When it says do not apply the product directly to your boots they mean it. When they say let fully dry before moving on to the next step they also mean it. You will ruin your boots or not get them clean if you neglect to follow directions

- AmberGreat productI used this kit to clean my uggs from last year. This kit worked perfectly to remove the dirt and some stains. The water proofing always keeps my uggs protected from any water stains. The price of the kit is a little high but will save hundreds in replacing uggs year after year!
- Nikki OWould love a QR code for instructions on how to use brush and rubber square. Happy with cleanserI like the cleaner kit other than the rubber thing. There’s no instructions for the brush or rubber square. I gently used the brush on an angle and it was shaving off the leather. So I just used a damp cloth. But the cleaners and protectant works great. The smell from the refresh is subtle and works well. My old boots looked new again. Now we just need replacement wool for the insides where they get worn and is ugg people will be set
