I’ll be using them in my work shoes (very hard floor, 5000+ steps per shift plus standing), but just took them for a test drive at the grocery store and had 40-60% reduction in pain so far. I know that the plantar fasciitis didn’t just occur overnight and may take weeks or months to heal, but these are going to help so much in reducing pain and further irritation by keeping my arches well supported. I was trying to save money with cheaper work shoes - with these insoles I’m still ahead by a lot, but really should have bought them much earlier as now I’ve got months of recovery ahead from no arch support.

Size 10.5 2 pair and size 11, for a perfect fit in my shoes - MarComfortable, Great Support and Surprisingly SatisfiedGreat product, I wasn't expecting for these to be so comfortable. I had purchased precious once through a over the counter store and I didn't realize the difference until I tried these on. I like how cushioned the heel feels in my shoes and I was able to wear for long hours while walking outside for extended hours. The thickness is sufficient enough with the perfect arch shape that provides relief. The fit is amazing. They fit just right and the comfort was great. The functionality is simple but also provides enough support for those long days. I placed them in several different shoes within the week and they fit perfectly in all the shoes I tried. The cushioning is great but just my preference I wish it had more for added support. They are well made with quality material I feel. They don't feel cheap, the thickness is great and the foot feels well supported. This is a great option if your looking for the comfort. I'll more than. likely order these again and would highly recommend. I truly didn't think this would be such a great product and I was surprised by the comfort.
- carolyn b.Great Inserts For High ArchesThey're very comfortable, fit in my shoes good. And wore them all night, I work in the post office and we do a lot of work on our feet. By the end of the night my feet were sore but that was getting close to shift change. I didn't know why my hips hurt so bad and now I know, it was my feet. I'm sure my new shoes didn't help anything. But I believe, the more I wear them the loser they will fit. But as of right now I highly recommend them. My feet are happier now.

- RubysDaydreamsRelieves pain, but not sure if durableFirst day gives pain relief. Yay! Bad news is is that, like another reviewer mentioned, this is not supportive enough for flat feet. Also, the inserts slip around in the shoes as I walk. I guess I have to remember not to make any sudden turns. Bracing myself because I’m not sure if this product is durable for my active work days.

But since I’ve started using these arch support insoles inside my indoor slippers as well as daily shoes, I have not had any pain! I have been using them for a few months now and while I can feel that they are not as thick as they used to be, they still provide enough support to prevent any pain. They fit perfectly and I didn’t need to adjust their size. These have been the perfect solution for pain relief due to a high arch for me.
