- LeviExcellent PresentationThese coins have a look and feel of authentic currency from a genuine society. They are a little light weight for such large coins, but not too distractingly so. They are engraved front and back, each side with a different picture/scene. The display case is beautifully rendered in what appears to be solid wood, with a plastic "glass" face, golden metal catchment, and black inked symbols all around the top surrounding the plastic viewing window. The plastic faux velvet molding around the coins is exact to each coin, very snug, and even though there is a place on each coin to insert a finger to remove each coin, it is a little difficult, but not impossible. I recommend using the fingernail file on a pair of fingernail clippers to remove the more stubborn coins. Keep in mind, these coins are irregularly shaped, so you have to replace the coin in its own well in the precise manner in which you removed it, or it will not fit. I bought these for my husband, who is a coin collector (I never imagined I would be able to gift him coins from Middle Earth), for Valentine's Day, and I can't wait for him to see them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
