I bought this for "work," but let’s be real, it’s a Netflix machine. And it excels at it. - NMVCompact, Fast & Great!Easy set-up with an iPhone, and the speed of the system is also fast. I wanted an iPad to view during minimalist, packing travel; my laptop Mac and screen are too big, and my iPhone screen is too small, so this is the happy medium. I gave my other iPad away years ago to my son, so of course the ear set I still have does not fit this one (I like archaic, but functional, plug-in-cord buds), and the set for my iPhone does not fit either; they just cannot be universal, which is typical for mercenary Apple (but, their excellent digital products are justifiably addictive).
- thepit47A Major Upgrade!This Ipad Air with the M3 chip is a major upgrade from my older (3 years) Ipad. It is lightning fast and I am happy it has a USB-C connection. No more lightning connector for the Ipad and my Iphone. It has been trouble free. As information, you will probably need to upgrade to IOS26 with this Ipad Air. All the new Apple devices are going that way. I was waiting to upgrade to IOS26 but I'm glad I did. It is really nice and I've found no issues with it. I believe they got most of the initial kinks out. I love this new Ipad Air!

I was a little worried with it being the air, that it would have been much more fragile, but nope, it's my ride or die pack up tablet. Now, I've never dropped it to any severe height, but it's fallen off my bed and chair a few times, with nothing more than a very VERY minor scuff mark on a corner.
I've used it daily since purchase and have only regretted not getting the larger screen as it's primarily used for art (I mean, I do kinda regret not holding out for maybe a month or two more and just getting the Pro, but hey, for this price, it's incredible).
Screen is bright and crisp, and as long as you dont' have a screen protector it has zero issue with any touch screen functions.
Storage is a little small, but with icloud as long as you have a good wifi it's fine.
