The screen is pretty delicate, but the seller's customer support is top notch and they replaced right away. If you're looking for something for your kid, this is the one to get for now. - TWorked fine for a few monthsIt worked fine for 7 months. Last night after the tablet was completely charged, the start up screen kept flashing on and off. I could not get it to power off. After hours of trying to reset it with the troubleshooting options given, the screen just completely went black. Now it won't turn on at all.

Unfortunately the speakers on the tablet quit after a month or two and this company was so quick to work with me and fix the issue for us! - Clarice“School email” requirement limits features BUT it’s still a great choiceReally like this tablet for my 4yo. We’d never experienced kid space but it’s perfect for her. We love the screen size, the case, and the battery life. We’re also enjoying the family link controls-especially being able to lock the screen when time is up. The only complaint, and it has been a big one, is that to make any significant changes to the tablet or apps, the software requires a “school email,” namely that the tablet be managed by a school—this became a major issue when I wanted to put app subscriptions to learning games I bought her onto the tablet. this is not doable without a “school email,” the parent’s email is not enough. This knows that any app that requires a subscription versus a one-time purchase option cannot be used in the tablet. At all. My daughter likes a lot of the bimi boo apps- some are subscription and some are one-time purchases. I pretty much had to eat my money on the subscription based apps she loves, like bimi boo doctor and bimi boo cooking. It’s a major major drawback BUT we are not returning because of all the other pros to the tablet. It’s worth knowing before buying though, as many kids games requires subscriptions.
