- Scott KBought this for Home Assistant, but use it much more.I bought this as a Home Assistant dashboard. It's pretty nice and decently responsive. You can set it to turn on when you pick it up. You can also set it to turn off and turn back on at scheduled times. Battery life is great. If I'm only using it mostly for HA, the battery lasts a week. If I start watching videos, then it uses it much faster.

But overall I think a good value for the price. I'm just using it for social media and to have in the kitchen for online recipes. Might not be the best option for work or gaming. Not sure. Battery life seems good. Sound quality is just OK imo. Some apps don't seem to be available for some reason, such as Amazon.
- Callie FranksGreat Tablet!Great tablet! This tablet is easy to use and setup. There's an option during the setup to copy all your apps and settings to the new device. That worked out great. It automatically found and connected to my wifi and propagated my settings even my lock screen password. The display is crisp and it's performance is excellent. No glitches. The one thing I want to mention is that the Amazon app is not available on this device. It has to do with the Amazon Fire devices being only to be able to install on them. You can read about it. No problem though I'm just using the Amazon website, which is great for me. I'm very happy with this tablet!
- Raymond PlattA Good DealLow price, works fine. Paired up with my android phone with no problems. It is ironic that it is not compatible with the Amazon shopping app, but works with Amazon music and video. Good sized screen, good definition. Definitely a good value for the price.
- 1.OK Not Great - Fine for The PricePurchased on sale at a fraction of the price of and iPad, mostly to watch movies in bed. Laggy at times, even with only one application (Netflix, PrimeVideo, AppleTv, etc) open at a time. Screen touch is unresponsive at times, i.e. it take a few pokes to get it to work. Resolution is ok but not as crisp as more expensive options. Battery life is fine. Overall a fine, cheap purchase if you're looking for something basic and functional, but I wouldn't count on this for doing much more than simple surfing and watching movies.
- KenI'm happy with itI've had this tablet for several weeks now and I've been pleased with it. I'm not much of a game player, just a Sudoku, and some shape matching things. I use the tablet mostly for reading (books with Libby and newspapers with various apps from the paper publishers). I also use it to monitor my Wyze and other brand security cameras at various locations and it does a great job of that. Nice streaming video with no issues. I use the Google apps for mail, maps and photos, all run smoothly. I like that it has a GPS chip and doesn't depend on other means to calculate location. I like that it runs Android 16. I'm not sure if I'll see and Android upgrades being pushed out for this tablet so I wanted to get something that had the latest Android version when I bought it. Battery life has been good. I use it from 2 -4 hours a day and then put it back on the charger for the night. It has more battery left in it when I put it back on the charger. My only real complaint was I couldn't figure out how to change the icon grid on the Home Page. The icons had too much space between them. I checked the settings but the Home Page Grid Size setting was not available. I solved this by adding the Lawnchair 16 Launcher. It allows me to modify everything. Do some searches online and you'll find out how to add it if you need it. Initially I was concerned that this was going to be more of a tablet for children, with low speeds and lots of lag. For me this tablet has been great for what I use it for. I will say if you use the cameras on the backside you might have trouble finding a cover for it. I use the front camera but not the back ones so I just got a generic flip type cover that works fine. Don't get a cover that might interfere with the buttons on the side. I guess I should also say I didn't have any problems with Wi-Fi (I only have 2.4 ghz available) or Bluetooth connections.

We have also been using it to take family pictures on a timer since the screen is bigger and we can see better. The camera quality is excellent. You’ve connected it to the Internet and have found the speed to be very sufficient it functions as described it was very easy to set up.
