- Muhammad YasinGreat Compact Camera with Clear Photos and Easy FeaturesThe KODAK PIXPRO FZ55-RD turned out to be a solid little camera for everyday use. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for travel or quick moments when you don’t want to rely on a phone. The 16MP pictures come out clear, and the 5X optical zoom actually performs well without losing sharpness. I also like the wide-angle lens — it captures more of the scene, especially for landscapes or group photos. Videos in 1080P look good for a compact camera in this price range. The menu is simple to navigate, and the camera starts up quickly, so you don’t miss shots. Battery life is decent, though having a spare battery would be helpful for longer outings. Overall, great value for casual photography and a reliable point-and-shoot option.
- LarnLove this camera!I love this camera buy it. The quality gives vintage it’s perfect for that! There’s different settings. I’d say it’s kid friendly for a 13-16 year old. I wouldn’t give it to a child younger than that. I had trouble getting the hang of it at first. The picture quality is great! I love the vintage look. The size is good it fits in my purse. The battery life is good! I love that it takes a charger.
- Angie Espinozahaven’t really used it yet but seems nice!!Just got it today, haven’t really used it besides a few test photos. So far, I really like it. Easy to navigate the settings and figure out how to use it, comes with a battery, charger and wristlet. Photos come out nice with a vintage feel to them! really like it. Super small, compact and light weight! (Ghost in photo as a size reference) will come back and update if it ends up a bad purchase.
- IAMKACYGood lil camper if you on a budgetSo this camera is not too pricey this one do get the job done picture quality actually is not too bad it ain’t like a crazy clear like them expensive ones but it look nice enough especially in good good light took some pic outside n they came out lookin real cute color pop n stuff zoom kinda decent too but if you zoom all the way in it gets a lil blurry sometimes just gotta keep that in mind menus isn’t that hard to figure out just got to mess around with filters a bit to see what you like battery last aight not super long but enough for a day trip or something size is decent can be put a bag without taking up a lot of space but otherwise I love that I got it and it’s worth it
- Aidan LunaNo need for SD card has a little built in memoryThis is a great product especially for the price, it’s small but mighty. It has a little bit of storage built in so you can store a small bit of pictures without an SD card. You just plug it in and go from there. No need to connect to the WiFi but I have not been able to test out the sound or the video so I’m not sure about the quality. It’s easy to use and maintain
- SammyPerfect for anyone who wants to take pictures for funI love this camera! It’s on the cheaper side so I wasn’t expecting much, however it’s better than I thought. The pictures look great! I will say, the photos aren’t the best in the daylight but it’s perfect for night time photos with flash! The battery life lasts extremely long, I’ve had it for about 8-9 months and I’ve only charged it twice. I would recommend this camera for people who like to take pictures for fun! The video quality isn’t the best and the sound is okay.
- Mantou ReviewI got this for my 5 year old boy and he got these...My 5 yo boy started showing interests in taking photos with my phone, and I was thinking to buy him a toy camera...so I went on did tons of research and found that this Kodak FZ55 went riral with young peope and I decided to give this a try. I was very lightweight, and small to hold even for kids. It comes with a wrist strap, a charger, and of course a camera and one battery. It does not come with a SD card, so I got a 32GB SD card from one of my older cameras.
It was very easy to use...not a lot of buttons, but there are: onoff button, shutter button, movie button one the top of the camera, and macro/flash/set/Display/Timers dials, Zoom in and Zoom out buttons, as well as Picture View, Mode as well as menu. It quite straightforward compared with other bigger boys.
I tried to set up the camera for him, easy goes such as automatic flash, so when the light isn't brighter enough, it triggers the flash automatically. He went out yesterday and got a bunch of photos which surprised me.
Of course there are a lot of photos are blurry as he moved his hands as the photos were taken, or when the embient light was too dark. Overall, its a good point and shoot camera for beginners, or someone would like to keep a small compact camera that can be stored in your jeans, or purse, and you don't want to use your phone. Or like myself, get a camera for your child as a toy.
I would keep it, and will get a second battery and charger for him to extend the battery life for a day. The only one battery came along with the camera won't get you far. - Giuliana GalantiWorth itGreat affordable option that gives high quality images, especially great for selfies and closeups. The only downside is the amount of time that it takes to take the images you have to wait like 30 seconds or more between images. Charger is included but yoo have to buy the SD and memory card separately as well as the adapter. Battery life is strong, it is small so can be carried everywhere, many different functions and filters, easy to understand. Keep away from sand and water!
