Let me explain... My spousal unit loves Doom and has ever since it first came out in the 90's. His best friend set him up with an Xbox One awhile back and shares his games, as well. But Jas wasn't interested in Doom. . . and we figured if we could spare $20 to put down on it, the next month would surely be better and we could afford to pay the rest when it the game launched.
My husband is disabled with severe pain and mobility issues; he doesn't go anywhere and his Xbox is his means of socializing. Things have been rough lately. REALLY rough. Not only have we had financial issues, we lost my husband's beloved 12-year-old Akita, who was more a family member than "just a dog."
