- Mark ShaughnessySo easy!Easily more good reviews here than no, but I was still skeptical because of the dollar amount claimed as lost. In my experience it could not have been easier. I purchased and redeemed it in less than 5 minutes!
To purchase, enter a dollar amount and an email, click buy and you're done! You'll have received the email confirmation of your purchase almost immediately! Within 5 minutes (individuals results may vary due to internet connection speeds, traffic, etc) your recipient will receive the email with the link for the gift card. *insert magic sfx here*
To redeem, click the link in the email and the instructions state to use the pin number, not the card number, so the larger font that has pin as a banner not the smaller harder to read numbers that hold the credit card number banner.
Now that you've correctly identified the pin#, *bell ding sfx* the directions stated to enter the pin# into the door dash account. For this next bit I copied the pin number only, and went to the door dash app. Under account, an icon found on the bottom right of my home screen of the door dash app, there's a heading that reads gift card. I tapped it and a box appeared that indicated that if I had a gift card pin number i'd insert it here. One press in the box and I pasted the number. I clicked on the box marked redeem and my door dash account is now flush with red hot cash.
Boom! *small visual pyrotechnics display, safety first* It was that easy. Now that I know, I'm going to load up my kids and siblings so we can all door dash whenever!
