- WMWorks great, lower fee would be great.Great gift or a good privacy option for those sites or entities where that would be helpful or necessary. Never had an issue. I just wish the fee would be lower. Like a one dollar fee would make this much more attractive.
- fishwifeThis Visa Virtual is useless, probably a scam.I purchased 6 visa Virtual egifts to text to my neices and nephews for Christmas. Not a single one has worked. The recipent was texted a claim link that goes to an error page. On two of the egifts I resent them a new claim link and the error happened again. I had Amazon call me to figure out the issue, and they said all but one of the egifts had been redeemed! It is impossible because none of the kids were able to activate/register the egifts. So when I said that, the customer service person said they were expediting the issue to be able to see more information in the order and somebody else would call me back. Yeah, not holding my breath. It has already been 4 hours. If Amazon doesn’t send working egifts to each recipient or send real hardcopy giftcards, I am cancelling my prime card and my prime membership, losing over $500 is unacceptable and not worth a single product or service Amazon sells.

After trying through the app and web browser she continues to get a “oops” error. There should be a way to receive a refund knowing that the card has not been accessed. Don’t bother purchasing this item. It is a waste of money.

- joseph lavigneDon’t waste your time - frustrating experienceDid not work for my nephew for Christmas. Sent 3 gifts cards in all and 2 worked. Couldn’t get this one to work and there were no links in the order for me to contact customer service (just a link to resend the e-card, which we did and it still didn’t work, so it only created more frustration). Don’t know how they can send e-cards that don’t work.
Very frustrating experience over all - won’t use again, will just send physical cards going forward.
