The flavor is not overwhelming, but very satisfying. They aren't too salty and are not a spicy nut. The smoky flavor is just right. They’re super fresh and have a naturally great flavor even before roasting.
The way I'm eating it mostly, I’ve been spreading them on a tray, giving them a quick spray of oil, and sprinkling some table salt before popping them in the oven. it comes out perfectly crunchy, salted almonds that taste amazing, I still eating some just raw and they are also good, but not that with that crunch.
