- Deanne's Honest Finds!A great Option with kids who struggle with weight gain!As I am not a Dr. please check with your pediatrician on the pros and cons for your individual situation and needs for your child! My child's pediatrician recommended this for my 9-year-old who struggles to put on weight for his age/growth chart; and since He has been actively drinking them at 2x a day since June to current (July) He has put on 7 pounds. I do wish the cost was friendlier (without having to do a subscription) since these are needs for some children and it does get costly; however, the results have been well worth it. Recommended by my child to drink cold (I am sure its preference of child) and with a straw seems to be easier. Does not have a chalky taste which is nice. Easy to pack on the go as well.

At his annual physical he had only grown about 0.6 inches in a year, so his doctor asked us to come back in six months to monitor his progress.
