- Kindle CustomerIf I could give this 10 stars I would!!Omg these are so delicious! And so easy you just pop one in the crock pot with the meat and water- we used a boston butt pork roast because beef is way too expensive right now, and it was soooo good!! Even my super picky 9 year old loved this! I will order again! Perfect amount of spices and well worth the $$", way better than regular taco seasoning!!!
- Jennifer W.Muy delicioso. A new favorite!I won’t lie, I bought with incredibly low expectations. We spend part of our winters in the Nayarit and Jalisco Mexican states, where this dish originated. I was blown away. It’s not as good as making it from scratch but the Chiles are hard to get here and the process is long.
The one thing I did different was added a few tbsp beef better than bullion to my water.
I got two bombs and will likely make this an auto ship item from here on out. This was simple and absolutely delicious!
I served mine on flour tortillas that were dipped into oily layer only (I used a separator) and placed on griddle, topped with shredded meat, grated queso fresco, and fine chopped sweet onion and cilantro with a squeeze of fresh lime and griddled until slightly crisp. I dipped those into the consume and devoured!
Muy delicioso. - LauraFor an Easy, Flavorful MealI will preface this by saying that I have made birria (with beef, not goat) with an authentic recipe from a friends abuela multiple times. While these Birria Bombs don't quite this the mark the same as doing it all yourself from scratch, they are pretty dang close and still very delicious.
I used beef broth instead of water (we love flavor) and one bomb with about three pounds of beef, threw it in my Instant Pot on Slow Cook setting and just let it do it's thing. I did check it after a few hours and the bomb wasn't really 'bombing'. so I grabbed some tongs and mushed it apart. I think next time I will warm my beef broth and drop the bomb into it to dissolve, then pour the broth over the beef in the Instant Pot. I'm actually doing birria for Thanksgiving, so I'll be giving this method a try.
All in all, if you don't want to do hours of prep work and babysitting s stock pot, removing whole tomatoes, onion, chiles to blend into a puree then place back into the stock pot and baby sit some more, these Birria Bombs are a GREAT alternative to having an easy, delicious, flavorful meal. - MilagroHace de tu día algo muy fácilI was amazed by how authentic and flavorful this Birria Bomb seasoning is! The taste is just like homemade birria — rich, spicy, and full of depth. It made my tacos and quesadillas taste like they came straight from a Mexican restaurant.
I love how simple it is to prepare — just add meat and water, and you get a perfect birria broth in minutes. Each bomb has the perfect blend of chiles, herbs, and spices. It’s super convenient for busy days when I want something delicious without spending hours cooking.
Highly recommend this product to anyone who loves real Mexican flavors. I’ll definitely be buying it again! ???????? - Adam13Really easy and very tastyDefinitely makes the whole process so easy .. but for me it seems to have a cinnamon flavor to it I'm not to fond of. I tried it in beef chuck roast and top shelf Pork loin. It was good in both. My 16 year old like them both so maybe it's just me . With food prices the way they are and trying to eat what I enjoy not always settling these are a good choice for a busy delicious meal. *Side note middle aged white guy that has only had birria from trucks around Ft. Worth so don't take my opinion to harshly. Also cilantro, onion and lime are imperative
- ClaudiaSo simple and so so good. Just add some ramen noodles for Birria Ramen! These are amazing. Simple. Add water or stock to up to 4 lbs. of your meat of choice. Drop in the bomb and stir till dissolved. Set pressure cooker to match how much meat you are using. We use about 2-3 lbs. at 50 minutes for pork loin. Turns out amazing. Top with a squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, fresh onion, some ramen noodles and done.
- Superhero LoverDelicious but expensiveDelicious and easy to make Birria tacos. I just wish they weren't so expensive. Sometimes we cut them in half to make them last. Very pleased other than price.
- Tyler MorganEasy birriaI have always wanted to make birria. I always drug my feet because it’s so labor intensive. So when I saw these bombs I knew I had to give them a try. I made birria the other night with this bomb. I will be a return customer for sure. So easy, and delicious!
