You see, we in California are no better than anyone in any state of the union. No, we aren’t. We longtimers have always worked with what we have had at-hand, agriculturally. I wish we could go back in time and see this state in the 1940s and ‘50s.
And “good” olive oil is just good GOOD OLIVE OIL. From East to West, it never needed to be called something else.
