ZuZu Puzzle was awesome about dealing with the damaged puzzle. They offered me a full refund or a replacement (I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending the damaged one back); we opted for a replacement which arrived safe and sound in about three weeks after our claim. The replacement puzzle arrived exactly as originally ordered including the personalized inscription on the back of the puzzle. Very happy with ZuZu Puzzle’s customer service!
