- Dustin BowenClarity and boosted!! Smooth and clean!I’ve used multiple creatine brands over the years, but Thorne’s creatine is the first one where I could feel a difference within the first week. The powder is extremely fine, mixes instantly, and has zero aftertaste. I take it daily with water or a protein shake, and there’s no bloat, no stomach issues, and no weird grit at the bottom like most other brands.
What surprised me the most is the mental clarity. I originally bought it for strength and recovery, but there’s a very real cognitive benefit. My focus feels smoother, my memory recall is cleaner, and I feel more “locked in” through the day.
From a recovery standpoint, I’m getting less fatigue between sets and noticeably less soreness the next morning. I’m also sleeping better after heavy training days, which wasn’t something I expected.
I appreciate that Thorne keeps everything third-party tested and clean. It’s obvious when a supplement is actually formulated with intention. This instantly became a daily non-negotiable for me, and I’m already planning to stick with Thorne for the long term.
If you’re on the fence, this is one of the few supplements that genuinely lives up to the hype. Thorne crushed it with this one. - Amazon CustomerPricy but quality creatineThe Thorne creatine is nearly tasteless when 5g is dissolved in 1 cup of water. In comparison, I've tried the Nutricost creatine and that product had a noticeable metallic taste that was not pleasant. The Thorne product is a much finer powder than the Nutricost and dissolves better. Overall, the Thorne is much more expensive but appears to be a higher-quality product that also comes with NSF certification. Also, the scoop accurately measures out 5g of powder, as tested on my kitchen scale.

I used to take creatine back in college.. it was C4 by xyience.. it had a bunch of junk in it. Like that this a pure product.
With all the craze in creatine lately had to get back on board to reap the benefits.

- JDquality brand and disperses wellI purchased this brand of creatine monohydrate for two reasons: Thorne reputation for quality and the fact their product is micronized. It disperses easily in any liquid that I use. Other creatine brands I've used will clump and not disperse as easily which makes for a gritty experience. Having said that, this creatine is like other monohydrate brands when it comes to taste....it has little taste which is a good thing.
