I started this (and this same brand's arnica gel) on day 3 or 4 of my recovery, I'm now 2 weeks post-op and the bruising is barely there. I bruise bad and they can stay around for months so this is incredible...my husband was shocked since he knows how long I can stay bruised for. I'm still pretty swollen but that is improving fast with the addition of Bromelain (and other enzymes) and a Cleavers herbal tincture.
At first, I had trouble getting the tiny arnica pills out but then I realized I needed to hold the container upside down and just keep twisting the top until I got all 5 out. I take it 3 times a day.

Anytime I have bruising, muscle soreness or a little injury, I take this and I genuinely feel the difference. The pellets dissolve quickly and are easy to take, and the tube is small enough to keep in my purse. I like that it’s gentle, doesn’t make me drowsy and has no weird aftertaste. I use it after workouts, injections and even minor bumps and it helps calm the soreness faster. It’s one of those products I always keep on hand because it really does make a noticeable difference. - T WalkerSmall but delivers a big punchI like these because they are convenient to your small purse or bag, but they still provide a big punch with controlling the pain. Only complaint I have is when you first get them you have to learn how to dispense correctly. You must turn them upside down and twist the cap to dispense the small pellets. Then once you have enough pellets in your cap at that point is when you turn it to the side and open the cap. I placed them under my tongue to let them dissolve for the best results.

I’d been dealing with stubborn muscle pain on my right side, just under my ribs, probably from sitting at my desk for too long, and leaning off to one side. Out of frustration, I bought these after skimming a couple of reviews, and I was not expecting much. My wife said that I had stopped snoring, which I think goes hand in hand with the fact that I do feel like my sleep is a lot more productive now. I have already purchased this twice, and I will be sure to keep this close. I also tried topical pain relief from the same brand, which works well with these. People can call it a placebo if they want, but for me, this stuff genuinely works.
