- SocksGreat Quality for the PriceOverall this is an amazing toothbrush for the price! I've tried the Philips Sonicare HX3411 ($40) in the past and it was great, but unfortunately it broke and I was hesitant to get a new one for a long time. The HX3411 was pretty straight forward - it turned on and off and only had 1 speed setting. I like this version better because it offers 2 different speeds, it's smaller in the hand, the brush head is smaller making it feel more precise when cleaning, it lets you know when you need to recharge, and when you need to replace the brush head. It's only $10 more than the other version but well worth it and has a huge difference in quality.
The brush head is in a good spot between soft and stiff. I would say it's gentle enough for my sensitive teeth and does a great job on making me feel like it has cleaning my teeth thoroughly.
The main reason I am using it is because I found out I have a few cavities. I bought this toothbrush due to the studies that have shown electric toothbrush do a better job at preventing cavities than a regular toothbrush. I would say it feels like my teeth are way more clean than when I use a regular toothbrush.
Overall, I would say this is worth the purchase if you're someone who is trying to prevent cavities but doesn't want to spend too much on an electric toothbrush but wants quality. I would definitely repurchase this product if it broke! - David DavysSuper Clean, Hygiene King, Low PriceYou are done buying those $5 walmart electric toothbrushes that run out of battery, then forget about for months. With this new Philips Sonicare toothbrush, my mouth has never felt cleaner before. It is a very powerful toothbrush I will say and for the cheap price that I got it on amazon’s sale was amazing! The bristles of the brush are just the perfect soft for your teeth and gums. It feels like it truly cleans every part that it touches as it moves back and forth. It fits very well in my restroom and the charger stand is so convenient and probably my favorite thing to use about this device because when you set it down, IT BUZZES! I love the color it’s classy tuxedo vibes. An awesome toothbrush all-round.
- DGPretty good! Just wish it came with a couple extra brush headsI like how this is rechargeable, and has two modes for the strength settings. The "pressure alarm" thing works well, and I've caught myself using too much pressure several times. I appreciate how it came with a brush head, but I wish it came with at least a 3-pack.
I also appreciate how the charger is USB. I can plug this up to my laptop and stuff while traveling to recharge it.
It was rather expensive for what it does. I had another cheapo 10$-special colegate electric brush, that had the sonic vibrating capability.
This is a really great product though, and would definitely outlast the cheaper alternatives.
I like how you can also just leave it turned off and use it as a regular brush. - SW CORNERgood toothbrushThis electric toothbrush works better than I expected. Overall, I'm happy with its effectiveness at keeping my teeth cleaned. I like the thin brush-head. It has a nice feel and heft. The only problem I have is the location and design of the on/off switch makes it most convenient. I really appreciate the recharging feature over previous AA-battery e-toothbrushes. The brush-head wore out fairly quickly, which made me happy that I'd bought replacements with this purchase.
- ValentinoGreat upgrade from the originalI had one of the earlier versions of the base Sonicare elec brush. It lasted a few years. One thing I didn't like tho was I had to time it in my head on the quadrants timing. 30 seconds each they suggest. I slowly stopped using the brush as it became annoying and then the battery finally gave out, not holding a charge. This new one is amazing.
I love the price. Cheapest one you can get I believe. But the upgrades are totally worth it. It seems lighter and more comfortable to hold. It is way quieter than the old one. This barely makes any noise. It's very easy to use. The main upgrade for me is that every 30 seconds, it gives you a slight vibration so you know when it's time to move onto the next area of your teeth. Love it. I ordered another one for my wife to upgrade hers' as well.
