The one I had before this, a different brand, was so difficult to clean though compact, it just didn't work!!! I totally recommend this!!!!!

- One-Click PicksCleans my teeth and gums so well, but the reservoir is a bit tricky to fillI’ve been using the Waterpik Aquarius for a week now, and I have to say it’s made a noticeable difference in my oral hygiene. The water pressure is powerful but adjustable, and the 10 different settings make it easy to find the perfect level for my teeth and gums. I especially love that it comes with multiple tips for different needs—my whole family can use it, including my kid who has braces. The ADA acceptance also gives me peace of mind that it’s a quality product.
The only downside is that the reservoir is a bit bulky and can be tricky to fill without spilling, especially when rinsing in a small bathroom sink. It also takes up quite a bit of counter space. In the end, I am super happy I got this one. Very easy to use, adjustable, etc. A bit expensive, but I feel like it will last me at least a decade. It's crazy how much cleaner your mouth feels after.

- Tim Rworks well without the PIA of regular flossingI despise flossing, especially with waxed twine. However, this makes easy work of it and I can see the "stuff" being dislodged by the water. My dentist was happy that I was at least doing something to floss.

It feels great on the gums, the teeth is clean, has several heads to start out with and the value you pay for it is well worth it. I got mine at one of Amazons sale and it was a really great deal.
