A major competitor brand does not have dates on the packaging of all their batteries. After buying a pack of the coin batteries from that other brand that were dead right out of the package, and then being subjected to such a ridiculously long list of questions and procedures from them when I sought a refund that I gave up on the refund, I have settled on buying Energizers in the future.
