I had knee replacement (14 yrs ago), and trochanter bursitis. WIth these compression sleeves I have hardly any pain. THey are comfortable, and I can wear them up to 6 to 7 hours. SO much less swelling in my knee. THey help stabilize my knee so I feel less fear of falling. I have large thighs, wt 225,and I bought XXXL. FIt great. THey stay up-don’t roll down, and you can bend your knee without restriction. I wear them riding my stationary bike, exercising, and again feel supportive. WIll purchase another set.

These braces have been very helpful in helping support my knees, that helps reduce the pain. I have worn them all day and found them to be very comfortable. I don't notice that they are on. I not found them to weaken after long-term of use. They are easy to put on and off, after a few day's experience. Quality is outstanding.

I've tried it for a day or two and the top band around the thigh is too tight, but it seems to give good support to my bone-on-bone knee issue. This brace was recommended by my sister, who has been using hers for several years. I just ordered the wrong size.
