- bodieboyExcellent steam floor cleaner!This is a fantastic steam cleaner for your floors it does a great job on the tile and also on the vinyl floor it's got adjustments so that you don't put as much water and steam down on vinyl floors it makes my floors look like they are brand new. It is super light super easy to operate and just like all the shark products a very well made appliance I have other shark vacuums and love them all shark really does a great job on their products. I highly recommend this I got it on sale during the Black Friday sale and it is a fantastic cleaner for my floors it makes it so easy to clean things up and does a really great job!!!

I bought one for an elderly family member who was having a hard time pushing a mop back and forth (along with all the other daily chores in life). And this made a "daunting" task much easier. After seeing how much he loved it and how it just made moping so effortless, I got one for myself, not that I needed it but I liked how it made me excited about mopping. Ahh it's the little things!
It gives a nice deep clean without all the manual labor. Its so easy to manuver I can hold it with a finger and it does the work for me. Just point and it goes. (Now I dont do that the entire time I'm using it, but you get the point.)
It uses distilled water which is normal for steam machines and I can do an entire room on level three with a full tank or do three rooms on level one, more or less. The cord length is generous. I like that it has lights in the lower front to help show the dirt and that the lights are easy on the eyes because they're not in your direct line of sight. That was smart and great for light sensitive people. I like that im using less chemicals in my house to clean since its just steam, but it works so well to get up stuff a vacuum can't.
Because it's steam it takes a little while to dry the floors so I plan my route to where I'm ending at a couch or another room that I don't need to do so I can hang out and do things like amazon reviews while it dries. And there will be swirl marks as you mop but they go away once it dries. I'm planning on getting another set of the washable pads so I can separate kitchen, bath, living room etc. It seems to be well made. It's definitely worth the money spent.
It's a perfect gift for an elderly person, anyone who needs to take it easy on their body or anyone who wants to deep clean with ease. I bet the kids would even start mopping with this thing. So I needed something quick, easy, and efficient. The shark steam and scrub mop does it all! I love the cord so I don’t have to rush before the battery runs out. The water tank holds more then enough without refilling (for my space at least), no cleaning solution necessary, no emptying and refilling buckets. I just pop off the pads and throw them in the wash. This mop has gotten out every tough stain using just water (steam). I couldn’t be happier. I now have clean sanitized floors, with minimal effort. Can do 400-500sq ft in one full tank with moderate dirt, can use every alternate day so easy handling.
Looks and size factor is good and fits well in corner in my apartment.
Only thing disliked which took off one star is mop need some extra work to get them clean for next use. I used Tide stain removal spray and let it sit for while and dropped into top load washing machine even after doing hand washing. - D SandoWant effortless clean floors? My 1st time using it to clean my wood floors, I was just going to clean the kitchen, but I ended up doing the whole 1st floor. AMAZING. Quiter than expected, I could use this even when husband is asleep. I had to refill the water reservoir a couple of times, but it is real easy to do. My floors are cleaner than they have ever been. Washable pads are being washed now. I think I'll order a few more - I really want to do more flooring!

I am not sure if this is mentioned in the manual, but I find that after using the device and emptying the water container before storing (as recommended), it's a good idea to store that empty water container separately from the mop to let the little sponge inside the hole of the mop that holds that container dry between uses. I would think this keeps that sponge fresh and mold free.
