- Adam D.Great vacuum, great customer serviceI don't usually write reviews. However, after owning this vacuum for 10 months, I felt like I needed to share my thoughts. This has been my favorite cordless vacuum I have owned so far.
-it is light and moves very easily
-it holds a charge long enough for me to vacuum my entire upstairs on turbo mode (about 15 minutes)
-the different suction modes are great
-picks up pet hair like a champ
-has great side suction
-the filters and rollers are easy to clean
-with 3 women and a dog in the house, hair never gets stuck on the rollers
-easy to empty the bin
-the light on the front shows everything I need to suck up
I have vacuumed with this thing at least once a day for the past 10 months. I use it ALL. THE. TIME. After all this time, I have encountered one issue. We had a gear crack that turns the rollers. I emailed the company and they asked for some info and pictures to be sent back to them. Within 24 hours of it breaking, they have already agreed to send a new head for the vacuum. Their 2 year warranty and the customer service just cannot be beat. Levoit has become one of my new favorite companies.
I highly recommend you buy this vacuum. I do not think you'll regret it. - MaryJGreat Vacuum! Would buy it again.I love this vacuum. It has made my life so much easier. The suction is great and easy to clean and easy to wash and air dry filters. There is one metal filter and that is easy to get out and put back. It is wobbly if you have to stand it up in the middle of vacuuming but I can live with that. It has fallen several times and not broken. I gets up everything and I use it on thinner carpet too. I tried the attachments once and didn't seem to have a lot of suction but I may not have attached it right. All in all great vacuum and good price when compared to the way more expensive brand. I've had it almost a year and used daily. I have cats and it really picks up the litter around the litter boxes. I was so tired of sweeping.
- ToriExcellent vacuum but pet owners purchase with caution!A month ago I switched to this vacuum from a 15 year-old Dyson, and overall very happy with my purchase.
Ergonomically, its light weight, has smooth attachment adjustments, is easy to empty, and easy to clean the filters. And though lightweight, it doesn't feel like the parts will break with regular use as do some lesser quality appliances. I live in a one bedroom apartment with combination laminate flooring, carpeting/rugs, and the LED light on the vacuum head illuminates dirt and hair on all surfaces. This along with the ability to adjust suction strength makes this a very efficient vacuum. The battery holds up well too depending on the suction strength used. I am usually able to do 2-3 cleaning sessions before needing to plug in. The battery charges from 0-100% in about 30 minutes. The one down side is the small canister isn't great for owners of pets with a lot of fur. I have a VERY fluffy dog who constantly sheds and I need to stop 3-4 times per cleaning session to empty it out, hence the 4-stars. But still my home feels a lot cleaner and I would highly recommend this product. - GinaFavorite vacuum everStill obsessed with this one year later. One year ago we bought this thing. It was beyond satisfying and still is. I use it every single day. And every single day the amount of dust and pet dander is unreal. We replaced a Dyson with this. We couldn’t believe how much that big Dyson was missing. This is light weight, easy to push around, empty and clean. And never ever tangles the hair. It’s incredible. We even paid an electrician to add an outlet in our storage closet for the battery LOL. It’s for a permanent home with us. The light is bright and helpful. It gets under couches easily. We use it on regular carpet, low pile area rugs, tile, linoleum and carpeted stairs. It’s truly incredible. We now vacuum at least once a day because it’s so easy and truly a pleasure to remove all that grossness from our living spaces. Guests sometimes comment how clean our carpet is despite having a dog and kids. It’s because it’s a pleasure to vacuum and it works SO well. We gave away our Dustbuster and I don’t even bother w the roomba, it’s been sitting in the basement. Love this.
- D McGreat productIf someone was going to tell me I enjoyed vacuuming, I'd say they were crazy. But this little vacuum has changed me. I really like it's accessibility, light weight design, ability to vacuum under the bed and more. We have a small house and the battery life hasn't been a problem. I love the light so I can see every speck of dust. Emptying is simple and efficient. For me, definately worth it. My only issue is it's suction vacuuming against the wall. It does come with an edging tool but haven't tried it yet. It's not worth docking a star in my mind.
- Amazon CustomerMy Favorite VacuumI will preface this review by saying that I live in a multi animal and multi person household, we have cats, rabbits, and a dog. We have tried just about every vacuum out there from Shark, Dirt Devil, Shop Vac, Dyson, etc.
The good: This little vacuum is extremely lightweight and easy to use. The buttons are large and easily pressed. It is easy to take apart and clean out. The suction is pretty good for stick vacuum, it does a decent job removing hair from my rug on the highest setting and it is truly a no tangle brush head. The best feature of this thing hands down is that you can take it apart and make a short little vacuum, which is a life saver if you have carpeted stairs.
The bad: the battery life. If you want to vacuum your whole two story carpeted house in one go, this is not for you. On the highest setting you can get maybe 20 min out of this guy? Honestly that’s all I have.
All in all, if you have a small space, or mostly hardwood this is an excellent choice, or if you already own a large bulky corded vacuum and you’re looking for a supplemental stick vacuum for stairs or every day cleanup and don’t want to spring for the more expensive units. I think if you have mobility problems or you’re older and don’t want to lug a vacuum around this is an excellent choice. Personally, this is my favorite vacuum I have purchased aside from my Dyson Animal, and I use this vacuum every day.
