I filled out a form with pictures and proof of purchase and they are sending me 4 replacement bean bag chairs for my classroom. I am impressed with the customer service.
Updated 09/11 - all 4 of the Big Joe Black Bean Bags chairs I purchased in November of 2023 have ripped out on the bottom seams. They are not able to be repaired due to the fraying of the fabric. I am very disappointed they did not even last a year (they were only used in my classroom reading area for 6 months).
