- LisaThere's no better brand on the planet!OMG I can not express just how amazing YANKEE CANDLES are. You will NEVER find a better quality, strongest scents, better scent variety, longest burn time, than right here. Just 1 of these large, 22oz single wick candles fills my open concept kitchen, dining and living room and the scent lingers long after the burn! You will get 150 HOURS of burn time, and that is amazing. They're worth the cost bc these are superior quality and as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for" These candles pictured here will last me the entire year ????❤️
- Old Coot Product ReviewsGreat smell, good intensity, and long-lasting burn timeI bought several of these, since they were on sale. What a deal! Great product. I like the way that they are packaged. Each candle is wrapped in a mold formed cardboard. It's like each candle has its own little cradle surrounding it, then that gets put into a rectangular box. Then those boxes are packed in the usual Amazon shipping Style with brown paper, another packaging materials. Everything seems like it's recyclable, which is great!
That alone was the justification and enough of a reason for me to have confidence that nothing broke during shipping, and then I was actually receiving a quality item.
So when it comes to the actual candle itself, great! The smell is incredible, very true to the description. I also like the fact that they give you enough of a long Wick as a starter, so that you can get the Kendall going properly. I would say the top quarter of an inch or so is what actually liquefies once the candle is burning. So it's great that you know you're only burning what is needed.
So going back to the scent, the intensity, the actual smell, it's great! I would say the smell is definitely true to what the description is. I would also go as far as to say that even if you just take the cap off come and leave it open without lighting the candle, the aroma definitely fills the room with just the essential oils or whatever it is inside of the candle. So the room smells great whether you burn the candle or you don't.
In terms of candle power and illumination, I lit this candle, and put it in the corner of the room, and notice that the entire room just lit up so beautifully. It's definitely enough light to not have to Fumble around in the middle of the night. Definitely sets the mood as well, if you looking for some ambience.
To put the candle out or to extinguish it, I just put the lid back on, and it seems to do the trick within about 3 or 4 seconds.
The glass jar itself feels great, feels sturdy, the lid and the silicone gasket that seals the actual candle when you put the lid on.
For the overall experience of purchasing this, the way it was packaged and shipped, and the incredible smell and scent and the intensity of the aroma, I would definitely buy this product again, and also recommend it to a friend. I would say I would buy more when they do go on sale, and potentially give them out as gifts for the holidays, or a special occasion, or housewarming, etc.
By the way, please pardon the repeat similar reviews. I did buy a lot of these, and the real difference between each review is just the actual individual scent of the candle that I purchased. But all the different scents that I purchased I definitely the same in terms of Wonderful aroma, intensity, authenticity to the smells that are described in the description, etc. - Nellie from WisconsinLove it!Excellent item!!Update: This apple scent is wonderful! Smells like fall and picking apples! It doesn't have that sickly sweet fake smell, smells like fresh apples! I am blind so I only use candle warmers, disaster would certainly be looming with me around an open flame! We have a large open concept kitchen/living room area and this scent fills up the room perfectly! I can smell it in my bedroom which is about 35 feet away too. So far I have the black cherry one and this apple scent and they both are fabulous! I love both of them! Am ordering more, can't beat the $14 price tag either. I have tried to cheap out by getting some from Walmart or other stores like that and the smell hardly exists, you would have to stand right over it to enjoy any smell. So, the extra few$$$ is def worth it to get a candle of this great quality! I am stocking up so I have a scent for every season! Love them, highly recommend! Oh yeah, I had the cranberry one but sent it back. It had a sort of fake sweet yucky smell I didn't care for. I really couldn't smell any sort of cranberry whatsoever. Happy holidays!
I got the black cherry candle and it smells fabulous! It is not a sticky fake sweet smell, just a nice black cherry smell. I only use candles in a candle warmer so haven't lit it, but in the warmer the scent is wonderful! I am blind, so me around an open flame is disaster waiting to happen!! :) We have a large open concept living room/kitchen, and our bedroom is off of that and I can smell this awesome candle all over the house in about 15 minutes! Rarely have I had a candle that smells throughout the entire house, and can't beat the sale price of $14!! Just came back to buy the cranberry one and the evergreen scent. Highly recommend! Would be a great Christmas or anytime gift for someone!! - KimboYankee candles are the BEST!This is a delicious scent! I love the color. The new formula burns so clean. They're long lasting. Yankee candles are the best!
- ShelbyPink Sands Candle is a must!????️????I got this as a gift for someone for Christmas. I made her a spa box and everything is pink in it. Let me tell you, the Yankee Candle Pink Sands candle smells amazzzzzziiiing????️????I was sooo tempted to keep it. I will for sure buy myself this candle because Yankee Candles not only last long, but the scent stays for a long time too. Super good price for a large candle as well.

- Brian TNice scentNice scent ( probably my fav candle scent) ordered when they were on sale . I burn candles daily and really like the quality of Yankee candles. They burn and last a long time and scents are strong but not overwhelming.
- Samantha PrescottSmells SO Good!This smells SO good and tasty I almost want to eat it. It lasts for a long time and the smell really fills the whole room. It's a fun design too. My only complaint is that it doesn't melt all the way around the sides of the wax and isn't fully used. Otherwise it's a good deal, especially for the big size you get.
