- Sweet TEnlarge your photos with JIMUJIA! You won't be disappointed!I sent in photos that were small. I doubted that the photos could be enlarged to the size I ordered. It wasn't expensive, so I decided to at least let them try.
They consulted me to let me know that it was taking a bit longer than normal because they wanted the enlarged versions on canvas to look the best they possibly could. They also asked if I'd prefer sending other photos. So, great comms; great customer service; great job enlarging and perfecting the photos for Canvas Art! JIMUJIA will be my go-to, now.
The canvases are beautiful. I didn't expect perfection, but I got perfection. 100% recommend you chose JIMUJIA, too. You will not be disappointed in the quality of their work - the colors were spot on. I purchased poster frames, as I ordered (I think) 3 canvases, which are all 24"wide x 30" long.
They arrived rolled in heavy duty cardboard tubes, but when you unroll them, they stay unrolled.
Everyone who has seen the canvas art has been surprised by the quality and have wanted to know who did them for me. They sell themselves.
The canvas is not thin, but it isn't heavy, either. It's like photos on quality cloth. They're not delicate; you'll enjoy these for years and maybe even pass them along later in life. - sanchezWonderful!!!!At first our poster print came in blurry. The seller was quick to help us. She touched up the photo and sent us a new print. The clarity was amazing!!!! My advice is to contact the seller and ask for their help. Its way worth the time and money. Will definitely be using them again for any future prints!

- Amazon CustomerI'm thrilled with this product.I painted this image as a 5x7 watercolor. I had to crop it into a square shape. But it was blown up to 20x20... and it turned out perfectly. Everything is crisp and the color is perfect. It was shipped as a tube that was wrapped tightly around a piece of plastic piping. So there were no crinkles at all, something I was a little concerned about. I will definitely do this again in the future.

They seriously dull down the quality of detail. Very PIXELATED. The dimensions are completely off and they cut off your photo.. off by a lot. I had signatures in my photos and it got cut off and some didn't even include it. I was very careful with lining everything up before sending it to be done so I KNOW it wasn't me. Its common sense that if someone has signatures to not cut it off. I had to cut all the Canvasas myself to the correct size cause it seems they just cut whatever they felt like. I unfortunately had to cut into my photos and loose some of my picture due to this. It did come a couple days early but ut came damaged on the end and was sticking out of the packaging. If it had gotten wet at all it would have completely damaged everything cause it was literally sticking out.... they also need to do better on shipping and how they ship to protect the product better through shipping. I had a problem with the first picture, but it was not their fault-It was Amazons and Mia took care of everything ! The Picture that I received today was gorgeous and I would never deal with another company besides them and I advise you to deal with them if you want anything!
Mia kept in touch with me day and night making sure everything’s was going smoothly. I am so grateful that I found this company and a special girl named Mia to do beautiful work and actually CARE about their customers – unlike Amazon.
