- Gabriella M.Completely transformed my super-cold home!!!This weather stripping is amazing!!! While the inside of my townhome is brand-new, it’s situated within a much older building. I had once thought I could never do anything about my downstairs being upwards of 10 degrees colder than the upstairs - besides, we’ve got masonry walls that are nearly 2 feet deep. I was wrong!
Installed this on both the front and back doors, and INSTANTLY felt a temperature difference. Absolutely insane. I’ve tried expandable foam stripping. Regular foam stripping. Traditional on-the-floor draft blockers. None of it ever really did anything, but this is different!
After wiping down my doors with some cleaning spray and paper towels, the strips adhered nicely. The silicone itself is nice and soft. Flexible enough to hold up to a door opening and closing against a thick & irregular door frame, but not flimsy at all.
The only thing I wish was different was the side that adheres to the side of the door. With the exteriors doors of my home, they have a little gap between the faces and the sides; I just wish the side piece was a bit wider. It still adhered, but it could be better. Nevertheless, it still works! I’m so happy I decided to purchase. - katie100% worksWorks perfect. If you have large spacing I'd reccommend this and it really doesnt look bad at all. Our room in the cold would go down to 55degrees and this morning our room was 66 degrees! Where the strip was applied, absolutely no draft was coming through. It was flexible so super easy to work with and stuck on really well. I did both sides of the door in about 10-15mins.
- SogolKeep the cold awayI like this product. It was easy to install and works as expected. Due to its T shape, you may need to find the best location to stick these but overall it is a very good product.

- kim LittleWorks well, easy to installThis works really well in fact in my opinion better than the other dimensional seals that sit between the door and the frame. Relatively easy to apply - just make sure you really press hard when applying and rub along the adhered tape several times to remove any air bubbles or areas that have not quite stuck. Although the adhesive does work well I think a stronger kind would help as the tape goes on the top and bottom edges of the door which are often unpainted and do not have the smooth bonding surface of paint. It would also be nice if the tape was available in shorter rolls as often it is only three edges of the door that need it : a roll of 11 or 15 ft.
- VananaI'm AMAZED!This was SUPER EASY to install. You just have to make sure you're applying the 2 sides of tape correctly because one side is less wide than the other. The adhesive is good and sticky and it was very easy to cut to length. I already feel an abundant difference. There was a huge amount of cold air seeping in the amount of cold air coming through. I have no trouble with the door closing and my knobs and locks are not hindered. I'm going to recommend this to everyone I know who complains about cold drafts. I'm very happy about the price I paid because I already know I'll save so much money not having to run my heat as much.
- Harleta S.Flexible and easy to use door gap tape.I have 35yr old slider doors from a mall demo on one side of my pool building. They were not installed correctly so I have gaps which let wasp, mosquitoes, moths & other interesting critters into the pool area. Not to mention the cold & hot air/wind inside the building. I’ve tried all sorts of stuff to close the gaps and this is the first tape to work! It’s so flexible it fits each door where needed. I just didn’t order enough so I’ll order more now. If this sticks through this winter I will be one happy camper. Now I also have brown tape for my mud room door that leaks hot and cold badly. I was nervous to use on that inside door, but not now. I’m confident this will fix the issue. My pictures show two slides taped and one not. On a smooth door this tape looks good but I’m impressed with how it fits on my gaps and uneven sliders. Great price. Give it a try, this is a good product.
