The hose is very flexible in all the best ways. No need to untwist it to finish the task at hand. Ear pieces are not hard plastic, but a medium-firm rubber. A lot more comfortable than the hard plastic standard tips. High Quality stethescope contributes to my accuracy. That is a valuable tool to have around.
