Unlike another thermometer I purchased previously, this one can reach very high temperatures — up to 1112°F (600°C) — which is exactly what I need for pizza making.
It came with batteries included and worked straight out of the box, which was a nice bonus. The thermometer is lightweight, comfortable to hold, and very easy to use. The laser makes aiming simple, and I get quick, accurate readings every time.
