- Matthew McCrearyWorked great to look inside wall.This works great on my iPhone. I wanted to install a generator inlet on my house. This allowed me to drill a small pilot hole and ensure it was safe to access the wall below my breaker panel without having to cut a large hole for an acetic panel.
The light is bright and the image is clear. I like that you can adjust the light as well as switch between the front or side cameras. This mikes it easier to orient the view in different tight places. - my_dear_auntUseful tool, good value!This borescope/endoscope tool does the job, albeit with a few limitations. The imaging while using the “end camera” mode is a bit wanting for clarity and focus, whereas the “side camera” mode is far better. Adjustable LED brightness is very handy, I needed to find out what was rattling around inside of a rotating assembly of a wood chipper, this tool was great for that task. The iPhone app works quite well, the tool connects right away to the app. The accessories are pretty clever, I especially liked the end attaching magnet. For the price, it’s hard to complain very much, it did a lot better than I thought something like this for $25 would be. Would have been 5 stars, but the front camera view could have been a bit sharper. All in all a good unit to have around. Turns out the things rattling inside the wood chipper rotating drum was a piece of weld slag. Retrieve same, now feel better about using the chipper, Camera end of tool requires an 8mm hole, broken slag needed 12mm to remove! Magnet came in handy for that!
- Mark MillerGREAT QUALITY, PERFECT CAMERAI bought this camera to use for different purposes. I used it to stick in a small hole of the mortar of my chimney and found out yellow jackets had built a nest behind the bricks. I could adjust the lighting to help bring it into focus. By holding the button down I switched to the side camera which also was great quality. I have not used the different attachments yet, just the small ring to save the threads, but the picture is amazing.
Downloaded 1 app out of the store and it has no extra stuff to buy or advertisements, which is a big plus in my book. Just plugged it into my phone and selected to give the app camera access and was working before I could grab the other end of the camera.
This is a very good camera, I would put the picture quality up against the $1,000 cameras. The cord is rigid enough I could shove it down a 3/4” pvc pipe 23’ before it stopped. That is very good for the price you pay. Other camera this good would expect to pay a couple hundred dollars. It was worth every bit of the money. Great value!!! - jackDid the job.I had an issue with the first one working only on my iPad, Amazon quickly sent a replacement that worked as advertised, even better than I had anticipated, we used it in a new fuel tank (never had fuel in it) with a new fuel sending unit to get the pick up tube as close as possible to the bottom, we were able to look at it from front and side, it was well worth the cost just for this one time use. As a separate note it will not work through a battery pack on an iPhone, but removing the battery pack allows it to function properly.

When first used it found hidden rust inside tool, saved me loosing an item do to rust - Amazon customerFunctions like it shouldI got this because there was a swarm of bees in my range hood vent and I was evacuating them myself. I wanted to use this to see how far they are in the development in the vent. However, I never got to try this while the bees was still there because I didn't want to agitate them. Now that they have been successfully evacuated, I am kind of lazy to check.
While I just received this, I did install the app on my phone and it worked like it was supposed to. The light at the end of the cable is bright enough, the picture quality from the phone view is clear and it is definitely easy to use. the cable length was enough for me to check the bees, but since it was half way up the wall, I had to use a ladder which is not long enough. I would love to give this another try at the range hood vent one day, but I know this device works well, and it is useful for something you need to peek an eye at with hard to reach places. - GR AMAZON ACCTCool little gadget to have handyThis is a cool gadget to have. Easy to use and setup. I use it to find out what’s going on in my car engine when it’s acting up. It gets in the small areas. I connected it to my iPhone and had it running within minutes.
